Frederick C. Bell, age 70, Friday August 18, 2018 at his residence. Fred attended St. Charles Preparatory High School and graduated from Eastmoor High School and The Columbus College of Art and Design in Industrial Design. He was a member of St. Catharine Church. Fred is survived by his wife and caregiver Lily Bell and brother Marshal.  A Funeral Service will be Tuesday 7:00 p.m. at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 E. BROAD ST.  Private burial later.  Friends who wish may contribute in Fred’s memory to St. Catharine Church, 500 S. Gould Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43209.
