Frances A. Waterman

Frances A. Waterman of Bexley, Ohio died February 5, 2018.  Preceded in death by her parents, Walter J. and Sarah Lee Raines, her husband, William V. Waterman, her brothers Walter J. and Lowell D. Raines, and her sisters, Ruth C. Raines and Joyce G. Bean. She is survived by her sisters Lois J. Castle and Lucille Williamson and her brother, Ronnie Glenn Raines, son and daughter-in-law William C. and Jayne Waterman of Bexley, Ohio, daughters and sons-in-laws Deborah and Ed Rhoads of Waverly, Ohio, Leslee and Kenneth Smith of Huntington, W. Va., Jennifer and Kirk Wuellner of Leesburg, Ohio, and Elizabeth and Thomas Host of Bexley, Ohio, grandchildren Jason and Thomas Smith, William and Oksana Rhoads, James and Sarah Wuellner, Jacqueline, Jennifer, Jayne Ellen, Jessica, and Thomas C. Host, and William Charles Waterman, great grandchildren Kate and Kiersten Smith, and nieces and nephews.  Frances attended Marshall University in Huntington, W.Va. She taught elementary school in Columbus, Ohio. Friends may call at the Egan-Ryan Funeral Home, 403 E. Broad St. Saturday, February 10, for visitation starting at 12:30 p.m. Funeral service is at 1:30 p.m.
