Doyle L. Plants, age 67, suddenly Sunday August 7, 2016. Graduated from West High School in 1967. Veteran US Air Force. Longtime salesperson in central Ohio. Preceded in death by his father, Doyle; mother and father-in-law, Thomas and Mary O’Brien; brothers-in-law, Michael S. Lorms and Michael O’Brien. Survived by his wife, Kathy Plants; mother, Nevel Lousie Elkins; brother, Danny Plants; sisters-in-law, Patty Lorms and Judy O’Brien; brother-in-law, Tim (Janice) O’Brien; many special nieces, nephews, relatives and friends as well as his special dog, Pita. Friends may call 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME NORTHWEST CHAPEL 4661 Kenny Rd. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Andrew Church at Reed and McCoy Rd.
