Charles L. Loomis, age 73, passed away September 12, 2017. He was a loving father, grandfather and will be missed by all. Graduate of Bishop Watterson High School Class of 1962. Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Retired from U.P.S. Preceded in death by wife, Lynn Loomis; son Thomas Patrick and granddaughter Eloise Kennedy. Survived by loving children Charles (Cynthia), Wendi (Roy) Kiger, Eric (Stacy), Samuel (Kimberly), Holly (Justin) Kahn, Heather (Richard) Smith, Heidi (Adam) Bally; grandchildren William, Mckenzie (Baylin) Trujillo, Kaleigh, Charles, Ashley, Jonathan, Logan, Andrew, Harrison, Jack, Elin, Morgan, Charlotte, Lynn and Tommy; brothers, Michael (Susie); sister, Muiriel (Michael) Carney and Catherine "Sis" (Bill) Jesson; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 East Broad Street.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony Church, 1300 Urban Drive.  Burial St. Joseph Cemetery.
