Celestine M. Johnston, age 90, passed away on October 25, 2016. She was born on January 11, 1926 in Meigs County, Ohio to the late Oliver and Lucy Dailey. She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Hubert E. Johnston; children, Hazel (Richard) Reigler, Hubert E. (Terri) Johnston Jr. and Susan Johnston; grandchildren, Courtney Reigler, Brian (Ashley) Johnston and Kelly (Owen) Shelton; great-grandchildren, Grace and Toby Shelton.  Friends may call Monday from 11:30 – 12:30 p.m. at Egan-Ryan Funeral Home, 403 East Broad Street where the funeral service will begin at 12:30 p.m.  Burial to follow at Glen Rest Cemetery.
