Cecilia Green Neff, Age 82, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2017 at home with her family in Upper Arlington Ohio. She was born on November 22, 1935 to Jacob Green and Cecilia Schreiber Green in Columbus Ohio and was the youngest of seven children raised in the Hilltop area of the west side of Columbus. Preceded in death by her siblings; Anita, Raymond, Bernice, Mary Jane, Irma and Jacob.

She graduated from St. Mary of the Springs Academy in 1953. After graduation she worked as a buyer for the Morehouse Fashion Department Store in Downtown Columbus. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband of 55 years, Frank J. Neff.

Cecilia was a proud mother of eight children, leaving behind her sons, Frank R., Vincent, Joseph, Paul (Lydia), Theodore (Christi), Jacob (Dawn); her daughters, Jennifer (Michael) Craig and Sheila Neff. Grandchildren; Jillian Greenriver, Eric and Emma Neff, Jennifer Craig Chesshir and Brian Craig. Great Grandchildren; Cynthia Chesshir, Brayden, Riley and Cameron Craig. Many Nieces, Nephews and friends. The Neff Family would like to thank the many friends and medical staff at Davita Dialysis- Graceland, and home care attendants Jennifer and Chris, for their compassionate care.

Friends may call 4-8 p.m. on Thursday at the Egan-Ryan Funeral Home Northwest Chapel 4661 Kenny Rd. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Andrew Church 1899 McCoy Rd. In lieu of flowers, family requests a donation to the Faith Mission of Columbus Ohio. One of her favorite charities.
