   In order to continue to provide the best possible funeral service to the community we are conducting this survey to receive your valuable feedback in light of changing expectations of funeral ceremonies and funeral service providers.
 
   We have prepared a short, 15 question survey requiring less than 2 minutes to complete.  We also have a gift for you in appreciation for your participation.
